Return Policy


All items must be returned within 60-days.  A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all orders shipped back within 30-days, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all orders shipped back after 30-days.  All returns must receive a prior “Return Authorization”.  To obtain a return authorization please call our customer service desk or log in to "My Account" and click on "Order History" link.  A return authorization number will be provided to you and must be displayed on top of the box in a visible location.  All items returned without an RA# will be refused.

DO NOT PUT LABELS OR WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER BOXES, ALL RETURNS WITH WRITING, DIRT, SHIPPING LABELS, DAMAGE TO THE MANUFACTURER BOXES WILL BE REJECTED.

Returned items returns must meet the following criteria:

  • All items must be in the original undamaged and clean packaging.
  • All manufacturers documentation, installation manuals, labels, stickers must be present.
  • All items must not be tampered with or modified.
  • All items must be in new condition, never installed.
  • All items sold as kits must be complete.
  • The part is not custom made.
  • The part is not an electrical component.
  • The part is not SRS related.
  • No returns on body parts such as hoods, bumper covers, fenders, doors, etc.
  • A refund will be in the amount of the original purchase price minus what we spent shipping, minus the restocking fee.  Refunds are processed the last week of every month. It usually takes 3-business days for the funds to show up in your account.  We will only credit the same credit card you used to place your order.  If your card is lost or stolen you will be issued an in-store credit.  We can not credit the funds to a different credit card. 

    The cost of shipping the order back is buyer's responsibility; no credit for your shipping expenses will be given.  The only exception to this rule is if we made an error in shipping you a wrong item.  RM European Auto Parts is not responsible for any errors or omissions in its catalog, nor any damages resulting directly or indirectly.

    Core Returns
     

  • Cores must have all the fluids drained.
  • Cores must be returned in the manufacturers packaging.
  • Cores must be wrapped in plastic and not leaking any fluids.
  • Cores will be inspected to insure they are rebuildable prior to the issue of core credit.
  • Core return shipping charges are a responsibility of the buyer and will not be credited.
  • All cores must be the same as a remanufactured part purchased (for the same model and year).
