How much is shipping going to cost?

Do you ship world-wide?
We do ship to just about every country in the world. To see a list of countries we ship to please add items to cart and click on "Estimate Shipping" button on "View Cart" page. If your country is listed in the drop down menu you can go ahead and place the order.

I can't find a part number I need in your catalog, do you have it?
In our catalog you will find over 40K unique part numbers for your European car but obviously there are always will be some things we don't carry. If you have a part number from your dealer type it into the "Search by Part Number" window and if the part does not come up we don't stock it.

What type of payments do you accept?
In order to make you shopping experience as simple as possible we accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. We are also one of the first parts dealers to integrate Google Checkout into our shopping cart. International orders can also be paid for by bank money transfer. We no longer accept personal checks but you can pay for your order by mailing in a U.S. Postal money order. There will be no delay in shipping your order once a U.S. Postal money order is deposited. Bank money orders will also be accepted but we will put a hold on your order for up to 7-business days for the money order to clear our bank.

How long does the shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within one business day. If your order is placed before 4:30PM mountain time you order will be shipped the same day. Typical time in transit varies depending on your location and can be as short as one business day to as long as five business days.

What if my part is out of stock?
Our website displays live inventory but on some occasions parts can be out of stock if there is an error in inventory count. If the part you purchased is out of stock, you will get a call from one of our sales representatives. You will be informed on the status of a particular item and an expected restocking date. You will be provided with a choices of shipping your order incomplete, shipping your order when an out of stock item becomes available or shipping your order separately (available items now, and out of stock items when they becomes available). If you choose to ship your order incomplete you will be given a refund for an out of stock item. If your order falls below $65 you may be responsible for shipping charges. If you choose to split your order you may have to pay additional shipping as well. We'll work with you and we'll go out of our way to make you happy.

What happens if my part is backordered?
If the part is backordered for longer than one month we will contact you to confirm you still wish to complete your order. In some cases we can purchase a backordered part from other retailers at a discount and pass on the savings to you.

What if the order I receive is damaged?
If you receive a damaged shipment you need to call the carrier and initiate a damage claim (1-800-PICK-UPS, or 1-800-GO-FEDEX). After the carrier is notified, call our customer service. Do not throw away any of the boxes or packaging materials that came with the shipment. We may request you to e-mail us a picture of the damaged item. Once the damage is assessed we will work with you to replace the damaged item(s) in a timely manner.

When will my order be billed to my credit card?
Your order will be billed to your credit card no sooner than one day prior to shipment. The only exception is when your order is special ordered or shipped directly from the manufacturer. In those cases, you card is charged as soon as the order is processed.

Will I be charged a sales tax?
As long as you are not a resident of Colorado, you will not be charged a sales tax. Residents of Colorado will be charged a sales tax automatically when going through check out. Use Taxes are buyers responsibility, please check your state laws regarding out of state purchases.
