This Uro part is identical to the genuine part and moves the same amount of air as far as I can tell. Longevity is the only question, but the price makes it worth the gamble. For installation, be sure to test the fan on the bench with +12v before installing. I needed to pull the squirrel cage forward on the shaft by about 1mm to avoid it tapping the back while it spun. The plastic cage is a light press fit onto the shaft and can be adjusted forward easily with a small 3-jaw puller.
