Shipping Policy

COVID Shipping Info

Please note shipping delays are possible and happen from time to time.  Unfortunately we don’t have any control over COVID related shipping delays and will not be able to issue shipping refunds for delayed shipments.

International shipping is especially affected due to the lack of passenger plane traffic.  We are continuing to ship international orders but keep in mind that if you need a part urgently, it is probably best to purchase the part in your country.

Ground Shipping

Standard ground shipping times can vary from two business days to five business days.  Ground shipping is only available to the contiguous United States.  Our "View Cart" page will show you the time frame once you enter your state and zip code.  Ground shipping is flat rate $8.99 unless your order is oversized and has to go freight.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.  Free shipping does not apply to oversized orders or orders over 150lbs.  Free shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

We offer subsidized expedited shipping.  Overnight shipping is discounted up to 70% off list rates depending on order amount and weight.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide daily.  We have thousands of customers in Canada and all over the world.  Our website offers USPS Priority mail shipping too many international destinations.   We are also partners with Shipito.com.  Shipito.com allows customers outside of the U.S. to obtain a U.S. forwarding address.  It is especially convenient for customers who make purchases from several U.S. vendors and want to combine them into one package to save on shipping costs.  For more information on Shipito.com please click here>

Oversized Items

Over-sized and very heavy products that have to ship freight will require additional shipping and handling.  An example would be a hood or a large tool box. 

Inspect All Shipments

Please inspect all shipments within 24-hours of receiving for incorrect, missing or damaged items.  Any issues related to missing items or damaged items must be reported to us within the 48-hours of receiving the package.
