When rebuilding the GKN joints I recommend replacing the grease with GKN grease. The wheel-side and gear-side joints use the same grease. GKN LOEBRO C.V. Joint Grease - GKN (80 g. Packet) 9004311 Search "9004311" on RMeuropean to purchase individual grease packs.

GKN is the original equipment supplier of the E46 side shafts and joints. I prefer GKN boots over all other boot manufacturers.
