Volkswagen Beetle Turbo S Hatchback 1.8L L4 Brake Booster Vacuum Line with Check Valve

My old plastic line had cracked from age and engine compartment heat. The only option I could find for this part was directly from VW; for some reason, for the new beetle, the oem's are not offering this to the aftermarket. From the dealer the part is expensive; typical price from a online VW dealer is $60-$80. I created my own version; using plumbing tubing but always wanted to get a correct replacement. I was surprised to find this available from rmeuropean; the price was very low in comparison and was listed as an "oem" supplier. I called, they said it was from the "oem", was good quality but they were out of stock; later, it was available and I ordered it. I was surprised to find; that it was a genuine vw part and was even in the vw logo packaging! Needless to say it was genuine vw quality part and fit perfectly on my 2002 New Beetle Turbo S with a 6 speed manual transmission. The part is marked as "assembled in Mexico"; as many New Beetle parts are. I am very happy with this part and I even noticed a improvement in my braking pressure; compared to my cobbled together interim solution. I am glad to finally get this part replaced and was amazed, to find this part at such a affordable price! Thanks RMEuro! :)
