Question?
Not for cars with sport suspension.

I have used only Bilstein sports shocks before on BMWs, but this seems to be high quality. It does not have the stone shield that the stock MINI shocks have, so that might be a consideration if your in gravel a lot. After removing the existing shock spring assemble take care to note the alignment of the top shock mount vs. the lower mount and replicate when reassembling. I also use a padded wood clamp to pull the lower shock mount into the hub which then self aligns making it easy to get that lower bolt threaded. I would also recommend replacing the rubber sway bar mounts at the same time. Easy to get at and tightens things up.
