Made by the OEM supplier so fits perfectly. Changing the air filter on a VW Rabbitt is a bit of a game as you have to remove the engine cover and to do that you need to undo a few bolts and loosen a large hose clip that attaches the intake hose to air lass flow sensor that is connected to the engine cover . . . still you can do a diy air filter change in about 20 - 30 min.
