Customer Service Representative.

RM European Auto Parts is a fast growing e-commerce business.  We are currently looking for a customer service representative.  An ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical knowledge of European cars such as BMW, Mercedes, VW, etc.  Someone with a car hobby or an ex-mechanic will probably be the best fit for our company.    

Requirements:

• Fast typing skills
• Be able to answer emails and live chats using proper grammar.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills!  You must be able to assist customers with issues and convert their experience into a positive one.
• You must be an independent worker, must be able to complete all of the necessary daily tasks with almost zero supervision.

Daily Tasks:

• Answering emails, live chats and phone calls.
• Taking phone orders.
• Processing returns.
• Filling out international customs forms and creating shipping labels.
• Creating return labels for orders with product issues.
• Placing orders with our supplier.
• Resolving supplier related issues.

This is a full time position; hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday with a one hour lunch. We are located in Littleton Colorado.  Compensation is $15-$18 per hour depending on experience.
