  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link.

  2. Can I cancel my order?

    Most orders are submitted to our supplier automatically and cannot be canceled.  If you need to cancel an order please call us by 9:30AM MST and we will try.  Please do not email us cancelation requests.

  3. Do you have the part in stock?

    Our inventory is real-time.  If our website says that the part is in stock that means it is actually in stock.  Inventory miscounts do happen but very rarely.

  4. It says "Ships Today", is it really going to ship today?

    Yes, unless your order needs additional verification.  Please be sure to include a good phone number so we can call you if we have any questions.  International orders may be delayed by a day or two due to additional paperwork requirements.

  5. How much is shipping going to cost?

    Please add whatever you need to your shopping cart and there is a shipping estimator on the "View Cart" page.

  6. How long does the shipping take?

    We ship same business day if your order is placed before 3:00PM mountain time. Typical time in transit varies depending on your location and can be as short as one business day to as long as five business days. Please see our Shipping Chart for delivery times.  International order can be delayed by one to two business days due to additional paperwork requirements.  Delivery time for international orders varies between 10-15 business days but can take longer.

  7. Do your parts come with a warranty?

    Our parts come with a two year, unlimited mile warranty.  Warranty excludes wear items such as brakes, clutches, wiper blades, etc.  For more information about our warranty please visit our warranty information page.

  8. Where are you located?

    We are based out of Denver, Colorado.  RM in our name stands for Rocky Mountain since we are in the Rocky Mountains.

  9. Do you offer international shipping?

    We do offer international shipping to many countries by USPS First Class and Priority mail.  To determine if we ship to your country please add what you need to your shopping cart.  All of the available countries will be displayed in the shipping estimator box on the “View Cart” page.

  10. Do you offer local pickup?

    No, at this time we don't offer local pickup.

  11. What type of payments do you accept?

    In order to make your shopping experience as simple as possible we accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal.  We do not accept personal checks but you can pay for your order by mailing us a U.S. Postal money order, there will be no delay in processing your order.  Bank money orders are also accepted but please allow up to 5 business days for your money order to clear our bank.  Please contact us if you have any special requests.  We’ll work with you to arrange a payment method that suits your needs.

  12. Do you have any discount codes?

    We do have sales several times per year.  Our sales are usually on national holidays such as Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc.  Please sign up for our newsletter, follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest discount codes.
