Nice jug with side gauge for measuring, and excellent quality fluid. Change your fluid and filter! 50-80,000 milers as per ZF. BMW says lifetime fluid and my filter was so clogged that it was pulsing the brake pedal at a stop as I released the pedal I could feel it. Once the new filter and fluid was replaced, transmission runs much smoother and no more pulsing on the pedal.

This is a rare, affordable option for the BMW/ZF 5HP19. Don't use universal fluids - this is a few bucks more expensive, but way cheaper than the "official" options and is application-specific.
